Heat Shrink Tubing has a multitude of uses. Enclose a metal ferrule with heat shrink for a streamlined appearance or strengthen a fiberglass ferrule. Add extra dimension to thin standoffs. Shim a spar that’s too small for a fitting. Remember that it shrinks to ½ its original size so select the size according to the job.
