Goodwinds Aluminum Ferrules are manufactured to fit carbon rods with a close tolerance. Our aluminum ferrules are machined to custom fit even the smallest size of pultruded carbon shafts. This custom fit reduces shaft breakage due to lateral stress and decreases ferrule failure with the proper wall thickness. Our ferrules are manufactured from durable extruded aluminum. Each ferrule has a dimple in the middle to prevent the spar from sliding all the way through. These ferrules normally sell for $0.75 apiece, but are being discontinued so they are priced to move.
